- If birthright citizenship reaches the Supreme Court, does it fall?Trump v. Barbara, decided 30 June 2026. The Supreme Court held that the Fourteenth Amendment does confer citizenship at birth on the children of parents unlawfully or temporarily present. The rule required the opposite holding, so Jim wins.
